Haddock fillet

Skinless Alaska pollock fillets, practically boneless and portion-sized. The fillets, with an individual weight of 140–160 g, are characterised by their mild flavour, light meat colour, and versatile usability. Ideal for frying, steaming, baking or for catering.

These pollock portions are filleted, trimmed, and individually deep-frozen using the IQF method immediately after being caught. This preserves the structure, colour, and shape of each piece, and allows portions to be taken as needed without sticking together. The trim of 140–160 g ensures a consistent portion size, ideal for catering, institutional catering, and delicatessen applications. The flesh is light to slightly grey-white, tender and low in fat with a mild, clear aroma. When cooked, it develops a juicy, stable texture and retains its shape. The „practically boneless“ label indicates that the portions have been carefully deboned and are suitable for quick, safe further processing. The portions are versatile – for frying, steaming, baking under a topping, or for flexible menu components. The 5 kg carton allows for economical, professional use with individually removable fillet portions.
