Joints of veal

Smoked eel pieces produced using traditional methods at the Hans Fiedler Smokehouse, portioned at approx. 200 g each. The gentle smoking process gives the eel a golden-brown surface, a succulent texture and a rich, delicately balanced smoky flavour. These handy pieces are ready to use and are ideal for fish counters, cold platters, starters, buffets or as a high-quality addition to classic smoked fish assortments.
