Salmon fillets

These natural salmon loins are cut from fresh salmon sides, dry-cured, and gently smoked over selected wood. The loins are graded by size and portioned into 200g units without any additional seasoning or surface treatment. The flesh has a uniform salmon-pink colouration, a compact, fine-grained texture, and a pure, mild smoky aroma with no artificial flavourings. The cut surface is stable and reveals a clear structure. They are suitable for sliced portions, cold dishes, or applications where an unadulterated smoky and salmon profile is required. The portion size facilitates controlled further processing.
