Crab meat

This crab meat is made from pasteurised crab meat, which is shelled after cooking and filled under heat stabilisation. The 454g can offers uniform piece size and maintains structural consistency. The meat is white to lightly rosy, finely fibrous and mild in aroma. The texture is tender but holds its shape well. The product is suitable as a base for cold salads, terrines, fillings or hot dishes where defined, pasteurised crab meat is required.
