Medium clams

These medium-sized clams originate from the coastal areas of the Northeast Atlantic and are supplied in 1 kg nets. The medium size is characterised by a good meat fill, robust shells and a mild, clean sea aroma. Due to their uniform size, the mussels are ideally suited for versatile applications such as pasta, soups, risottos, stir-fries, as well as for hot and cold seafood preparations. The goods are delivered thoroughly cleaned and sorted and are ready for further processing.
