These frozen fish patties are made from a finely tuned mixture of raw fish and spices, and are formed into uniform portions of approximately 75 g. Each unit contains around 80 pieces per carton, with a total weight of 6 kg. The pick-and-pack format makes the patties individually removable and particularly user-friendly. They can be prepared quickly and easily in a pan, oven, or deep fryer, while maintaining a stable shape and even browning.
