Matjes fillet

Traditionally produced Dutch Matjes in genuine MSC-certified quality - mildly matured, butter-soft, and with the typical clear, slightly hearty Matjes aroma. Each Matjes is hand-cut, perfectly preserving its fine structure and giving the fillets a particularly elegant, clean shape. The gentle maturation process ensures a soft, creamy texture and a pleasantly balanced flavour. Ideal for classic preparations, modern bowls, or high-quality fish rolls.
