Fried squid rings

Rabas are breaded squid strips. The individually removable portions are quick and easy to prepare and are ideally suited for the catering industry, bistros, hospitality, fish counters, or Mediterranean snack concepts. After frying or baking, a crispy seafood product with a mild squid flavour is created, which works well as an appetizer, tapas component, or side dish.
