Crispy fillet

This crispy fillet consists of fish fillet with an interior tomato filling. The breadcrumb coating is pre-fried to a stable consistency and retains its shape during cooking. Portioning at approx. 100 g allows for consistent cooking times. Suitable for conventional ovens, deep fryers and hot air systems.
