Prat-Ar-Coum oysters are among the most traditional in Brittany. For generations, they have matured in the distinctive waters of the Aber coast – a landscape where freshwater from the rivers meets salty Atlantic water. This interplay shapes their characteristic flavour. The oysters are full-bodied, pleasantly iodised, and elegantly mineralic at the same time. Their flesh has a fine creaminess, typical of high-quality Spéc from Brittany.
