Your tasks

You will support our team with ongoing bookkeeping and take on tasks related to Wages and Payslip mit DATEV. This includes careful Collection, Exam and Processing accounting operations as well as the preparation and execution of the monthly statements. Furthermore, you create Certificates, Employment contracts, Supplementary agreements and Terminations and take over the Communication with insurance companies, health insurance providers, tax offices, employment agencies, and other bodies. Also, the support of Income tax and Social security audits As well as looking after the digital holiday and working time system, this is part of your area of responsibility.

You should bring this

You have a Commercial apprenticeship, ideally with Accounting experience Or Payroll. Knowledge of DATEV are desirable and help you to quickly find your way into existing processes. Knowledge of also important Employment law as in Income tax and social security law. You work conscientiously, discreetly and independently, communicate clearly and remain composed even with confidential or time-critical topics. Overview.
